About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced and motivated Independent HR Consultants to join our professional network under the Human Resources 911 LLC brand. This is a 1099 / W-9 role designed for HR professionals who want the flexibility of independent work while benefiting from the credibility, systems, and support of an established firm.
What You’ll Do:

Provide HR consulting, training, and compliance support to assigned clients.

Represent the company professionally and maintain alignment with our brand standards.

Collaborate with the Principal Consultant for project approvals and client strategies.

Manage your own client workload, invoices, and E&O insurance coverage.

Engage in ongoing professional development and brand initiatives.

Compensation Structure:

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of HR senior leadership experience or consulting experience.

Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and professionalism.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and uphold company standards.
