🌟 Independent HR Consultant (W-9) – Human Resources 911 LLC

Location: Remote / Texas-Based Preferred
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (W-9)
Compensation: Commission-based (% of net revenues) + $ monthly access fee.  Specific details will be disclosed in interview.

Human Resources 911 LLC (www.hr911.org) is a consulting firm providing urgent HR support, customized training, and community-focused workforce initiatives. We serve both employers and employees through practical HR solutions, leadership development, and events like the Ellis County Community Career & Resource Fair.

About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced and motivated Independent HR Consultants to join our professional network under the Human Resources 911 LLC brand. This is a 1099 / W-9 role designed for HR professionals who want the flexibility of independent work while benefiting from the credibility, systems, and support of an established firm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide HR consulting, training, and compliance support to assigned clients.

  • Represent the company professionally and maintain alignment with our brand standards.

  • Collaborate with the Principal Consultant for project approvals and client strategies.

  • Manage your own client workload, invoices, and E&O insurance coverage.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and brand initiatives.

 

What We Provide:

  • Access to business email, company website profile, and Canva design suite.

  • Administrative and billing support (all work processed through QuickBooks).

  • Marketing visibility through company website and social media.

  • Opportunity to collaborate on large-scale client projects and community events.

 

Compensation Structure:

  • Generous % commission on billed client revenue.

  • Low $ monthly systems access fee (auto-drafted).

  • Contractors must carry E&O insurance (available through company if needed).

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR senior leadership experience or consulting experience.  

  • Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and uphold company standards.

  • Must sign Independent Contractor Agreement and comply with non-solicitation policy.
